TNVR & Pop-Up Clinics Across the Islands

 

A core part of our mission is TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return) to humanely manage and protect the island cat populations. We carry out TNVR continuously at both our permanent clinics and through pop-up clinics held 4–6 times a year on Gili Meno, Gili Air, and Gili Trawangan.

These pop-ups also offer treatments, vaccinations, parasite control, and health checks. We also believe in community outreach to promote animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

And we’re not done yet—we’re working toward expanding these efforts to North Lombok soon!

 

TNVR Process:

  1. Cats are caught either by hand, trap, or net.
  2. Cats are registered and transported to the clinic.
  3. Cats are sedated. Then the surgery will be done and their ear will be tipped. Pain relief and antibiotics will be provided.
  4. Cats are getting vaccinated, dewormed and if needed receive additional treatment for fleas, wounds, tooth removal and other issues.
  5. Cats are boarded in our pop clinic for recovery until they are ready to be released.
  6. Cats are returned to the same spot where we found them.
